Pareto Energy developed a Municipal Energy Savings Program (MESP) for municipalities and commercial customers to purchase electricity, participate in demand response offerings, and identify areas for development of Energy Improvement Districts (EID’s) vital for economic growth on behalf of government, institutional, and business clients.

MESP is program designed to pool government and businesses together into a collective group to purchase energy, participate in Demand Response offerings, and identify areas for future EID's for energy infrastructure development. Unlike the other aggregation offers, Pareto's program offers customers the ability to design a purchasing strategy to fit their individual usage profile, buying requirements and risk tolerance, all while participating within a larger buying cooperative to maximize energy savings without subsidizing other purchasers within the group.

• The program is designed to stabilize current energy prices, minimize increases, and provide revenue opportunities (through Demand Response)
• Reverse auction approach ensures lowest available price of energy by allowing pre qualified suppliers to efficiently compete for load.
